Kylemore to host Darkness into Light - Registration now open

Kylemore Abbey will host it’s first Darkness into Light walk, in aid of Pieta House, at sunrise on Saturday 7th May. Darkness into Light is proudly supported by Electric Ireland and this year, Pieta House is delighted that in-person DIL events can resume safely across Ireland. 

Please join us to share a sunrise moment and raise vital funds for people affected by suicide and self-harm. Together, we can create a global sunrise moment and join together to be the light against the dark.  

Participants on the Kylemore Abbey 5k route will set off with the magnificent Abbey lit in yellow in the background. The beautiful, traffic free route will go over the avenue, passing the waterfall, through the woodlands, along the Folklore trail and into the Victorian Walled Garden, walking towards the sunrise over Pollacapall Lough.
