Heritage Week 2026

National Heritage Week 2026 invites us to explore the theme Heritage at Risk and reflect on the places, traditions, skills, and landscapes that require our care and attention.

At Kylemore Abbey, this year's programme explores the three pillars of heritage: built heritage, natural heritage, and cultural heritage. Through exhibitions, talks, storytelling, traditional music, demonstrations, and an interactive Heritage Trail, discover how conservation, restoration, biodiversity projects, traditional crafts, and living traditions are helping to safeguard Kylemore's heritage for future generations.
