Kylemore Abbey brings home award from CIE Tours International Awards of Excellence

Tuesday, February 6th 2024, The Kylemore Abbey Visitor Centre Team embarked on a journey to the CIE Tours International Awards of Excellence, held at the Dublin Royal Convention Centre, and we are thrilled to share that we came home with an award! 
We are delighted to be recognised alongside such esteemed company in this year's CIE Tours International Awards of Excellence and, once again receiving a Merit Award in the Connacht Region. The award reflects the unwavering commitment to excellence and the dedication of our team here at Kylemore Abbey.

CIE Tours presented its annual awards of excellence to the hoteliers and tourism experiences which achieved approval ratings of over 92% from the 25,000 tourists who travelled to Ireland with the company in 2023. CIE Tours, which this year celebrates 92years in business, is the largest operator of guided tours to Ireland in the North American market.

The Awards, based on post-stay feedback, recognise Ireland’s hospitality ambassadors, the people and businesses throughout the country who put Irish tourism on the global stage through the warmth of welcome and quality of service provided to our international visitors.
